As a Co-Founder and Managing Partner for Outrigger Industrial, he is responsible for the
Development Department in the West Region of the United States. Main job responsibilities
include setting strategic goals for the western region, recruiting/managing a regional team,
ensuring execution of corporate goals, sourcing development sites and serving as the primary
point of contact for Brokers and Tenants. Mr. Lu previously served as Senior Vice President with
CenterPoint Properties and Vice President with Connor Development. Mr. Lu also serves on the
Board of Director for Outrigger Industrial and is manages the west coast for Centris Industrial (a
private REIT).

Responsible for supervision of pursuing acquisition opportunities, obtaining equity/debt funding,
under-writing, supervision of the entitlement / construction process, supervision of CEQA/SEPA
approvals, negotiating complex environmental approvals on contaminated sites, negotiations
with Community Groups, marketing of assets to tenants, working with joint venture equity
groups and negotiation of leases / sales of facilities.

Over 20 years of real estate experience, and has developed over 9 MSF of Class A Industrial
Facilities worth over $800 Million in the western states (Washington, Nevada, and California),
with a focus on in-fill development and environmentally challenged sites. Background includes a
MBA from the University of California, Irvine, Civil Engineering Degree from the University of
California, Los Angeles, LEED AP Accreditation, and Professional Engineer (Civil) Certification
from the State of California.
