Tony Thai is an attorney, entrepreneur, and software engineer. He founded and serves
as CEO and Chief Engineer of HyperDraft, which helps financial institutions and real estate
companies digitize legacy documentation processes with AI-powered document and workflow
automation solutions.
Before his legal career, Tony was a serial entrepreneur and enterprise software engineer
specializing in AI. He has worked in AI development for the past decade. A corporate attorney by
training, he has practiced at some of the world’s most prestigious law firms and in-house at
multiple large technology companies.
He was recognized as a 2022 Fastcase 50 Honoree and serves as an adjunct professor at USC
Gould School of Law. He is also an investor at A2A Ventures and a legal and business advisor to
many technology companies.
