With almost 30 years of experience, Todd has led the industry in the in the development of urban
infill housing and mixed use developments. He has diligently worked with cities, housing
authorities, redevelopment agencies and property owners to entitle more than 10,000 homes in
over 90 different cities throughout California. Todd is particularly proud of the contributions he
has made providing hundreds of ownership affordable homes in the coastal urban areas where
they are needed most.

Prior to joining The Olson Company, Todd worked in the technology industry providing
integrated networking solutions to businesses and university across the country. Recognized as a
leader in urban housing he has been involved in state and local housing policies for most of his
career. Todd is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
