SLH Investments

Leo specializes in identifying areas of arbitrage within real estate and resolving special situations
encumbering real estate assets. In 2013, he founded SLH Investments which acquired in
partnership with another developer the Sears Building in Boyle Heights, the Alexandria Hotel
and the Rialto Theater in South Pasadena.

Since then, he has acquired dozens of assets throughout the LA region. He was the first
developer in California to utilize the colloquially called builders remedy to seek entitlements in
difficult to develop areas such as Beverly Hills and Redondo Beach where he owns numerous
assets including a 49-acre former power plant on the coast. Most recently, he acquired the
remnants of the most troubled assets within the former Skid Row Housing Trust portfolio.
