Mr. Schwartzman has over 30 years of real estate experience beginning his development career
in 1992 as a residential home builder. To date he has successfully developed over 6,000 homes
including condominiums, PUDs, and single-family developments as well as mixed-use
developments in Central and Southern California. In 1999 Mr. Schwartzman expanded his
organization to focus on the development of urban, in-fill locations primarily in Hollywood, the
Westside of Los Angeles, Pasadena and the west San Fernando Valley.

David formed Harridge Development Group, LLC in 2010, to pursue real estate investment and
development opportunities in Southern California. With a proven track record of entitling and
developing unique and sometimes complicated projects in Los Angeles, David Schwartzman is
the majority owner and managing member. Harridge Development Group currently controls a
portfolio of approximately 4,600 residential home lots for sale, 2500 build for rent homes, 3,000
developable multifamily units, 1 hotel site, 76,000 square feet of mini-storage space, 1,500,000
feet of planned and existing retail and 700,000 feet of industrial warehouse.
