Carter Ewing is a co-owner and managing partner overseeing all investment activities for CT
Realty (CTR). CTR, founded in 1994, is a leading national developer of Class A industrial
logistics properties in many major markets across the US. Carter is responsible for sourcing,
evaluating, and closing on all development opportunities, including interfacing with CTR’s
institutional equity partners and lenders.

Prior to joining CTR, Carter served in various development, financing, and leasing roles for
several prominent national and regional development organizations, including The Koll
Company, Arnel & Affiliates, Nexus Development, and Brighton Homes. Carter also founded
Ewing Development Company, which has served as his personal real estate investment vehicle
since 1986.

As Managing Partner of CTR, Carter has orchestrated the development of more than 20 million
square feet of logistics properties in the western and midwestern United States, successfully
partnering with such institutional investors as Invesco, American Realty Advisors, Carlyle,
Mitsubishi, USAA, Harvard Management Company, New York State Common Retirement
Fund, Artemis, Prudential, and others.

Carter attended the University of Southern California where he earned a Certificate in
Entrepreneurship from the School of Business Administration. He currently serves on the
National Board of Directors of NAIOP and is also on the board of the Inland Empire Chapter. As
well, Carter is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Society for Industrial and Office
Realtors and is married with two children.
