Alex is an accomplished commercial real estate attorney who
focuses his practice on real estate finance, as well as
traditional real estate matters, including acquisitions,
dispositions, equity investments, syndications, development,
leasing, note purchases, workouts, receiverships and
foreclosures across all asset classes. Alex's clients include
international, national and local real estate lenders, funds,
syndicators, private equity firms, owners and developers who
value his counsel on a full-range of commercial real estate
matters. His practical, conservative and authentic approach

Alex most recently lectured at UCLA's Anderson School of
Business and was a panelist at the USC Gould School of Law,
Real Estate and Business Law Forum. In addition, Alex has
handled pro bono adoption matters for Alliance for Children’s
Rights.
