Grant Geisen is responsible for Pacific Urban Investor’s Southern California investment activity
and has acquired over $1.5 billion of multifamily product. Prior to joining Pacific’s Investments
Group, he spent 2 years in Portfolio Operations and was an Asset Manager overseeing over
4,800 units and over $900 million of multifamily assets in Southern California. Mr. Geisen
served in the United States Navy as a Special Operations Officer where he deployed to Iraq twice
and earned a Bronze Star. He is a Southern California native and holds a BA from the University
of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of
Southern California.
