Beth Newman is a Managing Partner and Associate General Counsel at Affinius Capital
where she heads legal and operations for credit. Beth is responsible for overseeing all legal
matters as it relates to credit investments for Affinius, including, the structuring,
negotiation, origination and ongoing management of credit investments. In addition, Beth
overseas operational matters among the credit investments team. Before joining Affinius
Capital in 2017, she was Special Counsel at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in the firm’s Real
Estate group, where her practice focused on debt and equity financing, property sales and
acquisitions, and development projects.
